Shimano Multi-Service technicians have been supporting riders for over 25 years at everything from regional rides and races to elite world class competitions. Our mechanics are the official technical support for USA Cycling National Championships and UCI World Championship events. We also support the Olympic Games and Pro Tour events like the Giro d’Italia and the Vuelta a Espana.

The Shimano mechanics provide the same level of service to world class racers and weekend riders alike. No matter who needs service, we will always make sure a racer can race and a rider can ride. Best of all, there is never any charge for Shimano technical support.

When not attending events, the Multi-Service staff gives back to the sport by training the mechanics at the local shop and training the next generation of race mechanics at the Bill Woodul USA Cycling Mechanic’s clinic at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
