Our next-generation anti-lock braking (ABS) system provides more control in more places for a wide range of bike styles, including the unique challenges of e-Cargo bikes. We combined our in-house brake design and manufacturing expertise with Blubrake's advanced ABS technology to create a light and compact ABS braking system. SHIMANO ABS prevents front wheel lock-up and rear-wheel lift on wet/dry pavement, gravel, and mild declines to provide safe and natural braking control.
