SAP FICO Function Support

 

Job Description

  • Provide SAP functional support in FICO
  • Responsible for business requirement gathering, system design and providing solution to fulfil business requirement while considering integration with other applications
  • Validates as-is, to-be process flows and system integration from users’ perspective, identifies potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities
  • Preparation and updating of SAP FICO business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure and training documents to detailed the business requirements
  • Perform functional testing by select the valid test scripts for all business processing areas
  • Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues identify by users of regional subsidiaries (10 Plants)
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new improvement and functions
  • Lead, facilitate or support system upgrading projects or new projects that introduce to regional subsidiaries

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related field
  • Prior Accounting / Finance experience required
  • At least 1 year of experience in SAP FICO support required
  • Prior experience in S4/Hana would be advantageous
  • Analytical, meticulous and have good sense in troubleshooting
  • Ability to articulate and communicate with people of all levels in the organization
  • Able to work independently and lead in projects
  • Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in regional countries if required

· Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

· Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

· Uniform & Lunch provided

· Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
