Eletrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

·       Programming for Scara robot, 6-axis industrial robot equip with and without 2D/3D vision

·       PLC/HMI/PC hardware, electrical control systems design and programming

·       Perform electrical wiring and routing of control panels and machinery

·       Troubleshoot, debug and commission control systems of machinery and equipment

·       Involved in E-factory project – sensing, Energy management system and network setup

Job Requirements

·       2 or more years related working experience in metal manufacturing/automation is preferred

·       Knowledge in programming for PLCs (Mitsubishi/ Omron), HMI (Mitsubishi/Proface/Keyence), Robotics (ABB/Yaskawa/Toshiba) & vision (Keyence/Cognex/others)

·       Knowledge in C++, C#, Visual Basics is preferred

·       Experience in applying both hardware and software for machine controls

·       Candidate must understand machinery automation with electrical, servo, sensor, pneumatic system

·       Able to read mechanical drawings and measurement tools, perform I/O check and trouble shooting

·       Able to work under tight project schedule and adapt to fast dynamic environment

·       Able to Work independently with minimum supervision

·       Able to work overtime and work on weekend occasionally when required

·       Occasional travelling required

·       Entry level with strong passion in electrical programming will be consider
