Job Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters

- Review existing infrastructure services
- Develop quality service document and procedures
- Establish Knowledge Management according to ITIL framework
- Handle IT systems procurement
- Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
- Liaise with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
- Troubleshoot system and network issues
- Perform System Deployment, Data backup & restoration, System Audit and Asset Management
- Other ad-hoc projects assignment assigned


Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in related fields

- 3- 7 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to communicate with people of various level
- Hands on and a team player
- Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory and Networking
- Microsoft certification will be added advantage
- Strong Problem solving skills.
