PROCESS ENGINEER (HEAT TREATMENT/ SURFACE TREATMENT)

Job Responsibilities

•        Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency

•        Identify and source for the potential improvement method to improve process efficiency (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environmental)

•        Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement

•        Designs new equipment and or improves existing equipment to improve process efficiency

•        Work closely with relevant departments to work on improvement plans / projects

•        Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline

Job Requirements

•        Degree in Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials Science and Engineering or equivalent; or

•        Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

•        Diploma in abovementioned fields with more than 3 years of relevant experience

•        Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, programming and sensor deployment.

•        Basic knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology

•        Willing to travel overseas subjected to project needs

·        Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

·        Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

·        Uniform & Lunch provided

·        Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
