Job Responsibilities

• Handling of the department shipping arrangements, coordination and administrative duties.

• Managing ERP sales systems for Purchasing, Sales invoice, GRN etc.

• Liaise with 3PL & other service providers on packing & shipment schedules.

• Assist to maintain inventory of warehouse (stock tabulation & control).

• Generates monthly reports on Sales, Purchase & Inventory.

• Other general administration assigned.

 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Cert / ITE in Business / Administration / Logistics

• 2 years of experience in related field

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT & Words)

• Ability to communicate effectively & is a team player

• Able to perform over-time when needed

• Able to work under tight timeline

• Ability to communicate effectively & is a team player
