CAE ENGINEER (BICYCLE COMPONENTS)

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform Finite Element Analysis and Motion simulation / multi-body dynamic analysis for bicycle components

- Involve in Finite Element Modeling and analysis in structural domain responding to linear and non-linear analysis on different materials

- Perform modeling of mechanisms for kinematics, dynamics and force analysis

- Evaluate and recommend solutions to improve cost, manufacturing, quality and performance

- Translate actual problem to model, interpret and correlate analysis results versus actual testing data

- Ensure accuracy and select feasible solution and convert them to design suggestions

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant

- Proficient in FEA software (ABAQUS, MSC Nastran, Adam, Marc, Dytran)

- Knowledge of using various modeling skills in NX

- Highly innovative and creative

- Must know how to cycle
