SHIPPING OFFICER (DOCUMENTATION)

 

Job Requirements:

  • - Handle and ensure export bills of lading received on time as well as accurate bills checking and payments through SAP system
  • - Provide timely and accuracy information to Forwarders/ Shipping Lines
  • - Liaise with Haulier and stuffing agents
  • - Arrange and prepare internal dispatch daily schedule or courier for documents collection.
  • - Prepare documents in compliance with ISO and other authorities' requirements (e.g. J-SOX)
  • - Prepare monthly and quarterly departmental reports
  • - Participate in continuous improvement projects when necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • - Minimum Higher Nitec or its equivalent in Logistics/Shipping/Business Administration
  • - Minimum 1 to 2 years of administrative experience with basic shipping knowledge
  • - Meticulous and have an eye for details
  • - Possess the willingness to learn
