PROCESS ENGINEER (COLD FORGING PROCESS)

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency

• - Develop process information consolidation for Real Time Data analysis.
• - Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement.
• - Work closely with relevant departments to work on improvement plans and Shimano Process Control (SPC) projects
• - Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline

Job Requirements:

• - Minimum Diploma in related fields
• - Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, programming and sensor deployment.
• - Basic knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology
• - Willing to travel
