2019 Booking now Live on B2B

September 1st through November 30th, 2018

 

For the 2019 Booking season Shimano Canada has created a B2B catalogue that will enable all accounts to enter their 2019 Booking directly into our ordering system.

 

There are 2 ways to submit your 2019 Booking order:

 

  • Directly through your account access on our B2B system
  • An excel order form is available by download from our B2B site or through your local sales rep, or from one of our Customer Service Team members.

The completed excel order form MUST be submitted through your local sales rep ONLY

 

2019 Booking deadlines:

 

Partnership Program

For Shimano, Pearl iZUMi LAZER and PRO: October 31st, 2018

 

Individual Programs

Pearl iZUMi: October 31st, 2016

Shimano, LAZER and PRO: November 30th, 2018

 

 No orders will be accepted after November 30th, 2018.

 

Terms:

2019 Booking Program terms will apply for accounts that qualify in either the Partnership or Individual programs as outlined in the “Shimano Dealer Workbook 2019”.

 

Please note: if a Pre-Book specials order was placed in the month of August the totals will be added to total sales volume to determine discount levels.

 

When will the order ship?

For accounts in good financial standing Booking orders will ship on your requested ship date.

 

To enter your order on B2B:

1.    Enter our B2B website as you would normally.

2.     In the “season” pull down menu (top right hand corner) there will be 2 choices. Make sure you choose the season “SPRING CA 19”. ****Please note: if you do not choose this catalogue to place your order and you enter it under the “FALL 18 CA” season catalogue the order will ship as soon as you check out with no discount or terms.

3.    Note that the ship date will default to January 1st, 2019. This is for internal use to safe guard against orders shipping right away without proper discount and terms. This date will be changed to your requested ship date.

4.    Once your order is complete, go through the checkout process as normal and inform your sales rep that your order is complete.
