Warehouse Senior Officer 

Job Descriptions:

- Perform as Project Lead in Shimano Logistics Hub for both WIP and Finished Goods warehouse

- Deploy AI technologies and equipment to improve process efficiency

- Drive safety projects to continuously improve logistics safety performance

- To plan, coordinate and lead project execution

- Establish process priorities checklist to monitor project effectiveness, and develop forecasting plans to meet project dateline

- Analyse data and interpret situation from day to day task, make recommendations for improvements.

- Update on the latest advancement in logistics technologies to develop operation processes

- Collaborate with external partners such as vendors, transporters, 3PL and system developers to leverage their expertise and resources in advancing logistics operation

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) will be advantage

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skill

- Good observation and monitoring skill

- Preferbaly with leadership and teamwork skill

- Proficient in project management is preferred

Others:

- Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

- Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

- Uniform & Lunch provided

- Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
