Login information used for Twitter is no longer available.
The function offered by SHIMANO ID that allows you to log in using your Twitter account will no longer be available after July 31, 2023.
Please follow the steps below to log in with your email address and password. We apologize for the inconvenience.
1. Open the Login screen.
Open the Login screen of the service.
* For E-TUBE PROJECT Cyclist or E-TUBE RIDE, press [Sign up/Login] on the Settings Menu screen.
* If you are already logged in, log out and start from the Login screen again.
* If you are using multiple services, you only have to log into one of the services and the change will take effect on all the other services.
2. A password reset email will be sent.
1. Press [Forgot password?].

2. Enter your registered email address. A password reset email will be sent.
3. Set a password.
Open the link listed in the email you received, then enter a new password you want to use for login.
After completing, you can log in with your registered email address and password.
