Senior Specialist ( Direct Engineering)

Job Descriptions:

- Discuss of new molds, mold modifications and engineering.

- Modify existing tooling and design new tooling to improve manufacturability and/or resolve issues.

- Make recommendations & validate repairs on all tooling when needed.

- Ability to work with others to meet customer demand on time delivery and produce quality products

- Follow up & meeting date lines for Injection Mold tasks & projects

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Technical qualification or at least 10 years of relevant work experience

- Experience with tight tolerance plastic injection moulding, tooling design and development

- Experience in tooling repair to solve & follow up process improvement

- Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding tooling & fixtures--a mold making background is ideal

- Ability to run tool room equipment (grinders, milling,, EDM, etc.) will be an advantage

- Meeting Clients quality with Tooling FA approval and Delivery on time for production.

- Knowledge in 3D CAD Die Modelling, UG NX software knowledge will be an advantage

- Able to perform Over time and rotating shift if needed

- Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

- Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

- Uniform & Lunch provided

- Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
