Shipping Officer (Shipment)

 

Job Responsibilities                                                                                         

  • Receive Customer Order, handle Customer payment and liaise with customer for Shipment confirmation
  • Liaise with warehouse and communicate with forwarder for shipment arrangement handling
  • Plan shipment for customers and liaise with 5 factories
  • Arrange bank negotiation, export declaration, certificate of origin application and document filing
  • Lead and contribute to projects assigned   

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain and other related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge on shipping terms, customer declaration, COO application and shipping arrangement
  • Strong excel knowledge
  • Willing to learn and able to perform overtime when needed

  • ·        Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
  • ·        Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • ·        Uniform & Lunch provided
  • ·        Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
