Shipping Officer (Shipment)

 

Job Responsibilities:                                                                                        

  • - Receive Customer Order, handle Customer payment and liaise with customer for Shipment confirmation
  • - Liaise with warehouse and communicate with forwarder for shipment arrangement handling
  • - Plan shipment for customers and liaise with 5 factories
  • - Arrange bank negotiation, export declaration, certificate of origin application and document filing
  • - Lead and contribute to projects assigned   
  • - Any ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • - Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain and other related field
  • - 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • - Knowledge on shipping terms, custom declaration, COO application
  • - Preferably with basic knowledge of shipping arrangement and excel knowledge
  • - Able to handle ad-hoc task and able ready to contribute idea and experience
  • - Good learning attitude
  • - Able to perform over-time when needed
  • - Able to work under tight timeline

 

Others:

  • - Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
  • - Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • - Uniform & Lunch provided
  • - Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
