ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS)
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency
Develop process information consolidation for Real Time Data analysis.
Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement.
Work closely with relevant departments to work on improvement plans and Shimano Process Control (SPC) projects
Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline
L-SPC Job Scope
Develop Web-based Dashboard for ST/LT Usage for usage within local context
Uploading of Local data to G-SPC (ST); develop L-SPC for seamless G-SPC/MES linking
Develop Plan/System for "Real-time" SPC information overview and "On demand" data
Work closely with relevant departments to improve abovementioned system for ST/LT plans
Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline
ZNC System Job Scope
Develop Process Information Consolidation System for Real Time Data analysis.
Proliferation of abovementioned system within SPL
Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement.
Work closely with relevant departments to improve abovementioned system for ST/LT plans
Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline
Job Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering / Computing / Mechatronics Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Diploma in abovementioned fields with more than 3 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, programming and sensor deployment
Basic knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology
Willing to travel
