Job Responsibilities:

  • - Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
  • - Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
  • - Develop and build quality Service document and procedures
  • - Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework
  • - Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
  • - Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
  • - System Deployment
  • - Assist in Data backup and restoration
  • - Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
  • - System/network troubleshooting and rectification
  • - Assist in Annual system Audit
  • - Asset management
  • - Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment

 

Job Requirements:

  • - At least 3- 7 years of relevant work experience
  • - Minimum Diploma in related fields
  • - Ability to communicate with people of various level
  • - Hands on and a team player
  • - Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory
  • - Networking knowledge is preferred
  • - Microsoft certification will be added advantage
  • - Strong Problem solving skills

- Working Hour: Mondays to Fridays 8:00am - 5:30pm

- Uniform & Lunch provided
