Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
- Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
- Develop and build quality Service document and procedures
- Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework
- Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
- Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
- System Deployment
- Assist in Data backup and restoration
- Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
- System/network troubleshooting and rectification
- Assist in Annual system Audit
- Asset management
- Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- At least 3- 7 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum Diploma in related fields
- Ability to communicate with people of various level
- Hands on and a team player
- Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory
- Networking knowledge is preferred
- Microsoft certification will be added advantage
- Strong Problem solving skills
