Job Responsibilities:
- - Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
- - Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
- - Develop and build quality Service document and procedures
- - Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework
- - Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
- - Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
- - System Deployment
- - Assist in Data backup and restoration
- - Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
- - System/network troubleshooting and rectification
- - Assist in Annual system Audit
- - Asset management
- - Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- - At least 3- 7 years of relevant work experience
- - Minimum Diploma in related fields
- - Ability to communicate with people of various level
- - Hands on and a team player
- - Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory
- - Networking knowledge is preferred
- - Microsoft certification will be added advantage
- - Strong Problem solving skills

- Working Hour: Mondays to Fridays 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Uniform & Lunch provided
