We are deeply saddened to hear the news of Kelly McGarry’s passing. The larger-than-life gentle giant was the kind of guy that could put a smile on your face just by being around him. Kelly will be remembered for his friendly-demeanour to fans, always making time for a photo request or autograph. He was always humble and kind in his actions.
We are honored to have had Kelly as part of our Shimano family and he will forever be in our hearts. At 33 he has left us too soon, but we know for sure that he lived life to the fullest and will always be the “People’s Choice” Champion.
Our thoughts are with his family, friends and fans.
