Finding your size

You can use this table to find the correct size and part number for your replacement insole. First, check the size label printed on your current SHIMANO insole or on the label within your shoes. Then look for your shoe size in the "Your shoes size" column. Lastly, follow the row to the left to identify the correct size for your replacement insole and part number.

 

Because replacement insoles are designed to fit multiple shoe sizes, the size of the replacement insole may be larger than your current shoe size and need to be trimmed.

Trimming your new insole

Place the new insole on top of your current insole with the heels aligned.

Holding both insoles together, flip them over and carefully trim the new insole to match the outline of your current insole.

Adjusting the ARCHSYNC arch pad

If your insole features ARCHSYNC, you can fine-tune the arch support for a more personalized fit.

First, choose the arch pad that matches your arch height.

You can then match the peak of the ARCHSYNC arch pad to your foot. It can be shifted forward or backward from center by 5 mm.

If you aren't sure about your arch height, please visit a SHIMANO SERVICE CENTER or contact a local shoe/bike fitter. They can take accurate measurements of your foot and guide you to the right insole size and arch support for you.
