SHIMANO DYNALAST is a curved shoe last that eliminates angles and conforms better to the natural contours of your foot. It ensures a secure fit for each part of the foot while pedaling, helping high-intensity riders get more from each pedal stroke.

WOMEN’S SPECIFIC LAST

Our Women’s Specific lasts are tuned to ensure a better fit and performance for the smaller volume and narrower proportions of female cyclists’ feet.
 

We offer women’s specific designs for all our lasts to provide the optimal balance of support and comfort for a wide range of female riders.​

STIFFNESS INDEX

Outsole stiffness is optimized for different riding uses.
More rigid options prioritize power output and less rigid options allow for greater walkability.

OUTSOLE

5-Hole Outsoles (IC1)

Cycling shoes are usually only compatible with either SPD / 2-hole or SPD-SL / 3-hole cleats and pedals. Shoes like the IC1, featuring 5 holes, allow riders to use either SPD-SL or SPD systems. The SM-SH40/SM-SH41 adaptor is required to install 2-bolt SPD cleats.

UPPER

SHIMANO Indoor cycling shoes have breathable mesh uppers designed to keep your feet cool, dry, and fresh.
 

Our IC5 shoes are also treated with FUZE. FUZE is a safe, non-ionic application that adheres to textiles and surfaces to mechanically mitigate the growth of mold and fungus.
