AUTO ASSIST is part of the new TRAIL+ mode, creating a more natural and adaptive ride experience by continuously adjusting support levels in the background as terrain and rider input change. Using the SHIMANO CONNECT app, riders can choose their preferred default support level, while the system dynamically moves assist curves up or down to provide the right amount of assistance exactly when needed. Unlike standard TRAIL mode, which stays fixed within a single assist curve, AUTO ASSIST responds in real time to deliver smooth, intuitive power that keeps riders focused on the trail, not the settings.
