Facilities Engineer II

Job Responsibilities

·         Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and plant equipment.

·         Manage Building Management System (BMS) Integrated Factory Management System (IFMS)

·         Using data trend analysis to provide cause, remedies, and make long term improvement

·         Plan and Carry out Preventive Maintenance programs (TPM) for facility, production machines

·         Maintain fire protection systems and building services in compliance with safety standards.

·         Participate in engineering projects, including design reviews, installation, and commissioning activities.

·         Liaise with external service contractors for maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to specifications.

·         Provide technical support to fellow engineer/technician for troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.

·         Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs during all maintenance activities.

 

Job Requirements

·         Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

·         At least 3 years of experience in facilities and plant maintenance, with fire safety protection system background is a MUST.

·         Knowledge in CAD Drawing and capable in drawing interpretation

·         Willing to standby for shift duties (including weekends and shutdown periods) when required.

·         Able to work independently with very little supervision and good interpersonal skills

·         Able to write a detailed report and presentation for management review

·         Proactively and innovative in creating project proposals, be able to adapt to changes

- Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

- Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm

- Uniform & Lunch provided

- Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
