Job Responsibilities:
· Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
· Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment
· Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
· Develop and build quality Service document and procedures
· Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework
· Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
· Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
· System Deployment
· Assist in Data backup and restoration
· Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
· System / Network troubleshooting and rectification
· Assist in Annual system Audit
· Asset management
Job Requirements:
· 3- 7 years of relevant work experience
· Minimum Diploma in related fields
· Ability to communicate with people of various level
· Hands on and a team player
· Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory
· Networking knowledge a must
· Microsoft certification will be added advantage
· Strong Problem solving skills

- Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
- Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Uniform & Lunch provided
