Job Responsibilities:
- Provide regular technical training in SEA region
- Follow-up on warranty submissions from customers
- Resolve technical issues onsite at customer factory
- Prepare, maintain and modify technical materials
- Manage online e-learning technical webpage
- Provide assistance and technical support at events when necessary
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related fields
- Good knowledge in bicycle components, parts and technicalities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, PPT)
- Willing to travel overseas and work on weekends for events occasionally
- Comfortable to communicate and engage to all levels and big groups
- Possess Class 3/3A license will be an advantage
Other information:
- Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
- Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Uniform & Lunch provided
- Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
