Shimano Multi Service technicians have been supporting riders for over 35 years at everything from regional rides and races to elite world class competitions. Our team of ‘Blue Shirt’ mechanics are a part of a global team that serves as the official technical support of the UCI and USA Cycling.

The team provides additional support from the on-course neutral pit during all Cyclocross races - including amateur and UCI World Cup Races. 

Team Shimano members provides neutral support to hundreds of cyclists a month, all over North America. 

Shimano is also the official neutral support of UCI cycling events - you'll find the blue tents at Cyclocross, Mountain, and Road events all over the world.

The team is always ready to assist event participants with technical support.

The sun sets at another cycling event, but the work doesn't stop for the Multi Service Team. The team attends over 65 events annually.
