We asked Andrew ‘Needles’ Neethling, formerly a force to be reckoned with in the World Cup downhill scene,  to find out more. Join Andrew as he travels from Taipei to the southern coast of Taiwan, encountering beautifully maintained trails and pump tracks and uncovering the hidden gems of Taiwan’s MTB scene.

Andrew rode a Scott Genius Tuned, with a Fox Factory 38 fork and equipped with XTR 4-piston trail brakes, XTR derailleur and shifters, and a 10-51 cassette during his adventure through Taiwan. XTR is the pinnacle of MTB technology—the choice of champions in XC and Enduro. Want to learn more?
